"Justice Delayed is Justice Denied"

It’s been 2 years since the horrific barbaric incident happened! What has changed in these two years! Nothing!

Even today Gals are not safe! Had System Been Stronger, UBER Rape Case Would Not Have Happened. Women feel no safer in Delhi. Nothing has changed in two years. No serious rules, no laws, nothing! The victim is victimized to death and the accused lives, roams freely as a free bird.

December 16's wave was thought to bring in some strict rules and regulations for safety and security of women but no nothing! No one expects everything to be okay in two years but at least something, some progress. Nothing has changed.

If we talk of infra there are still many stretches on road that are badly lit, no public convenience plying after certain time, even if they are there they charge heavily, and people have to pay because there is no option left.

Last Sunday I was travelling metro, Red Line specifically As usual it was being announced first boggie towards the moving direction is for ladies but to my surprise half the compartment was filled with male travellers who were sitting confidently with female passengers standing in front of them. No shame nothing. Also on asking seat for my mom I was asked whats’ her age! The guy kept arguing with me but he didn’t offer his seat! People kept staring at me but noone bothered to utter a single word.

People in India are ever ready to criticize things! But no one is ready to take that first step. Mentality is still same. Mentality has to change to bring that change, apart from rules and regulations. Just liting candles won't help!
